Taking into account the elections that will take place in the City of Buenos Aires, the candidate for Chief of Government Ricardo López Murphy was invited to take part in the "Series Meetings with Politicians" at CADAL's office on: "The quality of expenditure and of the public administration in the City of Buenos Aires. Can the City of Buenos Aires be the starting point for a meritocratic and transparent reform of the State in Argentina?" Former minister of Defense and former presidential candidate, aside from referring to this matter, gave a detailed presentation on the different aspects that involve the local politics, such as transportation, education, health and security. He was very critical of Mauricio Macri's management, specially on the economic functioning of the City and its transparency. However, he highlighted the work of the local government regarding Culture and Turism.
