On Thursday, August 16, Cuban journalist and poet Manuel Vázquez Portal presented his book "Escrito Sin Permiso" (Written without Permission) at Communications College of Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires.

The presentation was organized within the seminar "Journalism and Democracy in Latin America", which had the participation of Carlos Lauría, Andrés Cañizález and Fernando Ruiz.
