Presentation of the book ''Fundamental Rights and Legal and Institutional order in Cuba'' by Ricardo Rojas

CADAL and Konrad Adenauer and Friedrich von Hayek foundations presented the book ''Fundamental Rights and Legal and Institutional order in Cuba” which was in charge of its author, Ricardo Manuel Rojas, and commentaries by professor Fernando Ruiz, at the Argentine Press Auditorium (ADEPA).
