On Monday, February 21st. CADAL organized a private meeting where journalist Pepe Eliaschev gave a speech on “Freedom of the Press in Argentina Today” and before that the Fernando J. Ruiz, author of "Local Level Journalism and Democracy Indicators in Latin America" presented the fourth number of his report.

During the meeting the 4th edition of the Research Report "Local Level Journalism and Democracy Indicators in Latin America" was presented by its author, Fernando Ruiz.

Among the audience were Carmen de Carlos, correspondant of ABC de Madrid newspaper; Norma Morandini, journalist and National Representative; and Carlos Facal, Chairman of Poder Ciudadano (Foto). Also the Ambassador of Austria, Gudrun Graf and of Slovakia, Vladimir Grácz, attended as well as officers from the Embassies of France, Sweden, Romania and European Union.
