With the participation of the political scientist Alejandro Oropeza as guest speaker, CADAL organized a new meeting of the Latin American Forum Buenos Aires on "The pre and post electoral Venezuela from the perspective of civil society."

Alejandro Oropeza analyzed the process of dynamic equilibrium State-Society in Venezuela, noticing on the dangers of the dissolution of the social body in the first component: the state.

Alejandro Oropeza is CEO of the Observatory Hannah Arendt (2012-2015), lawyer and Ph.D. in Political Science, Master of Planning, Master in Public Policy, Public Management Local Specialist and Professor of Political Science and Public Policy at Universidad Central de Venezuela, Simon Bolivar and Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.

The forum was moderated by Micaela Hierro Dori, Program Coordinator of CADAL.
