With the participation of journalist Fernando Laborda as guest speaker, CADAL organized the first meeting of 2012 of Foro Latinoamericano Buenos Aires. This activity was moderated by Bernabé García Hamilton, Coordinator of CADAL's Academic Council, with the support of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and between the participants were businessmen, professionals and officers from the embassy of Poland, Australia and Norway.
Fernando Laborda analyzed the power scheme of Kirchner, the new challenges of the government, the socio-economic situtation, the distributive fight, the unions front and the fiscal accounts. Laborda has more than 20 years of experience in La Nación newspaper where he specialized in political journalism. Currently he is Chief of editorials and political columnist. He holds a BA in Political Science from Universidad del Salvador, and studied economics at Foundation for Economic Education at Irvington, New York. Previously he studied journalism at Escuela del Círculo de la Prensa.
At the end of the form a toast was offer to cellebrate the 9th anniversary of CADAL.
