On occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Cuban Black Spring, CADAL and the Argentine Office of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, organized at the headquarters of the Czech Embassy in Buenos Aires, the show of the Documental "Prague Summit for Democracy in Cuba". The documental includes the testimonies of former presidents Vaclav Havel, Czech Republic; Patricio Aylwin, Chile; Luis Alberto Lacalle, Uruguay; and Luis Monje, Costa Rica; and of writers Carlos Alberto Montaner, Marcos Aguinis, and Fernando Ruiz, among others.
