On Thursday, August 17, Sybil Rhodes gave a lecture on “The Policy of Agricultural Biotechnology in Argentina and Brazil", at a Private Meeting organized at CADAL's headquarter. Among the audience were diplomats from New Zealand, Rumania, Germany and Netherland, as well as specialists in agricultural issues.
