The lectures were in charge of the journalist and writer Fernando Iglesias, Dr. Patricio Navia (New York University), the Editor of the International section of Perfil newspaper, Ceferino Reato and Dr. Ricardo López Göttig, Associated Researcher of CADAL and Director of Political Science College at Universidad de Belgrano.
