On Tuesday, May 15, CADAL organized a videoconference in Buenos Aires with Oswaldo Quintana from Caracas. Quintana is Vice-President of Legal Affaires of Radio Caracas Televisión.

Among the participants to the videoconference, coordinated by Fernando Ruiz from Argentina, were local journalists, foreign correspondans in Argentina, diplomats, academics and students of journalism.
