Last Thursday April 7 the Center for the Openning and Development of Latin America (CADAL) organized at Belgrano University an International Seminar on "Cuban Internal Situation and the challenges for democratic international community". The seminar was organized with the cooperation of Political Science College at Belgrano University, Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Cuban Transition Project of the Institute of Cuban and Cuban-American Studies at University of Miami.
