Member of the International Situation Analysis Group (Gacint) of the Sao Paulo University and publisher for the O Estado de Sao Paulo newspaper. Former advisor for the Ministries of Finance and Planification between 1995 and 2002 and researcher at the Brasilian Center of Analysis and planification (CEBRAP).

Basta con tener ojos para ver
Con su apoyo social amenazado, con la fuga de ex-aliados, con una economía débil y los servicios sociales y de infraestructura comprometidos, Chávez actúa de modo a fortalecer los mecanismos represivos y a aumentar el miedo de oponerse al gobierno. Desde Brasil, hasta aquí, hasta donde es posible saber, ni siquiera una nota de preocupación.
