Agreement between Universidad del CEMA and CADAL

Universidad del CEMA, represented by Sybil Rhodes, and Fundación CADAL (Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America), represented by its Chairman and General Director, Gabriel C. Salvia, signed a cooperation agreement for both to organize activities that will include: establish channels of cooperation and assitance for the development, research and implementation of training programs, and/or any other activity related to CADAL and UCEMA's mission.

Asociación Civil Universidad del CEMA, located at Av. Córdoba 374, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, represented by Sybil Rhodes, and Fundación CADAL (Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America), represented by its Chairman and General Director, Gabriel C. Salvia, with address at Reconquista 1056 piso 11, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, signed a cooperation agreement where both committ themselves to organize joint activities, among others:

-Establish channels of cooperation and assistance in the development, research and implementation of programs on entrepreneurship, technical assistance and/or any other activity within the missions of the above mentioned organizations. This cooperation could translate into training and counseling of companies, private or public entities, by specialists from these or other organizations, as well as regarding research projects, technology transference, consultancy, internships or any other activities agreed upon.

-Within this agreement and in order to fulfill the set objectives, both part consider the possibility of signing other agreements where the specific activities can be detailed by both parts.

In order to control de development of the activities, both parts chose Sybil Rhodes from UCEMA and Hernán Alberro, Programs Director of CADAL, as responsibles.

This agreement has a duration of three (3) years and will be extended for a similar period without previous notification, unless on of the parts communicates so the other.
