Fernando Ruiz, author of CADAL's research report "Local Level Journalism and Democracy Indicators in Latin America", took part at the Forum on Free Speech at the seminar "Risks to Democracy in Latin America" organized by CEDICE in Venezuela. Besides from Ruiz, the speakers in this activity were Marcel Granier (Radio Caracas Televisión), Silvia Alegret (Expresión Libre) and the journalist Marianella Salazar. This forum had the cooperation of CADAL and was organized at the Auditorium of Cámara de Comercio, Industrias y Servicios de Caracas.
