Horacio Fernández took part in a conference on the energy issue in the city of Florida, Uruguay

Sendic (President of Ancap), Gonzalo Casaravilla (Engineer and President of the UTE board of directors) and Mr. Carlos Enciso (Mayor of Florida) also took part in the event, where they analysed the energy situation in Uruguay and the opportunities for the development of sustainable energy sources.

Horacio Fernández, Co-ordinator of CADAL’s Business Council, was one of the guest speakers invited by CCM, to analyse “The Energy Issue and Energy Development in Uruguay: Sustainable Energies” at the Centro Comercial e Industrial of Florida, Uruguay.

Raúl Sendic (President of Ancap), Gonzalo Casaravilla (Engineer and President of the UTE board of directors) and Mr. Carlos Enciso (Mayor of Florida) also took part in the event, where they analysed the energy situation in Uruguay and the opportunities for the development of sustainable energy sources.

The event was sponsored by Ancap, UTE, Florida’s Centro Comercial e Industrial and Montevideo’s Mysuite Hotel. The work carried out was declared of interest by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining, the Ministry of Culture and Education and and Florida’s City Council.
