Renewal of authorities

According with its social statute, the Center for the Opening and Development of Latin america (CADAL) renew its authorities of the Board of Administration. The new members are Ing. Horacio Reyser and Dr. Marcelo Loprete. The Board of Administration can have between three and five members and they are in charge of the designation of the Executive Committee. For the next three years the new authorities of CADAL will be: Gabriel C. Salvia, Chairman; Horacio Reyser, Vicechairman; Marcelo Loprete, secretary; and María Teresa Reviriego, Treasurer.

New memberso of the Board of Administration

Horacio Reyser (Buenos Aires, 1970) is an Industrial Engineer (Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Argentina) and took part of the Advanced Program in Administration at Harvard Business School. He is associate of Southern Cross being part of the group since 1998. Before he worked for INFUPA and in SIDERCA of Grupo Techint. He has been member of the boards of Juncadella Prosegur Internacional S.A., Prosegur Argentina S.A., The Value Brands Company S.C.A., Laboratorios Northia S.A. and Campanario Generación S.A. and has served as CEO in different companies of the group Southern Cross.

Marcelo Loprete (Buenos Aires, 1960) is a lawyer (Universidad de Buenos Aires) and Doctor in Business Law (Universidad de Navarra, Spain). He is associate of the law firm Navarro Floria, Loprete y Asociados. He specializes in Business Law (business, contracts, mergers and aquisitions). He is professor of Political Economics (Law School, Universidad Austral); and professor of Economics and Finance I (Masters in the Management of Organizational Communications, Facultad de Comunicación, Universidad Austral).
