Minister Lipavský Presented the Gratias Agit Awards for 2024

Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský awarded the Gratias Agit Prize to prominent personalities and organisations that have contributed to spreading the good name of Czechia abroad. The ceremony took place in the Czernin Palace on October 17, 2024.

Along with the increasing role of civic society, this award, too, is becoming an ever more prestigious prize for the voluntary activities of people committed to working for the benefit of the whole society, for the promotion of friendship among nations and for the promotion of the good name of the Czech Republic in the world. At present, it is the only statutory prize awarded by the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Participation in the reception of the Czech Foreign Affairs Minister

CADAL was invited to collaborate in the program that the Embassy of the Czech Republic organized at its headquarters in the city of Buenos Aires on the occasion of the official visit to Argentina of its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jan Lipavský, by means of the performance of Atemporal trio integrated by musicians from Cuba.

Participation in the Forum 2000 in Prague

Gabriel Salvia, General Director of CADAL, participated from October 13 to 15 in the 23rd edition of the Forum 2000, which took place in the capital of the Czech Republic. During this event, CADAL organized the award of the Prize to Committed Diplomacy in Cuba 2016-2018 as well as a panel on the 60th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution. In addition, Salvia also participated in the meeting of Democratic Solidarity in Latin America and in the reunion of its Executive Committee.
