CADAL informs that its Vice President and Secretary resigned from the Board due to their incorporation to the national public administration. Horacio Reyser, who served as Vice President of CADAL and Director of the Business Council, assumed as advisor for foreign investment. Meanwhile, Marcelo Loprete, who held the position of Secretary of CADAL, was appointed trustee of PAMI. Both submitted their resignations due to becoming politically exposed persons and to ensure a-profile supporter of the institution.

Horacio and Marcelo were two pillars CADAL. Loprete collaborated generously from the constitution of CADAL as Foundation, helping to obtain legal status in just three months in 2003 and then as legal counsel. Reyser contributed with his vision from the business sector, guiding the work and proposals of CADAL in economic and institutional issues and being the largest donor in their personal capacity. Both Marcelo and Horacio also volunteered as speakers in events and have always been inclined to offer their valuable advice. "I'm sure they will do a great job in the civil service and hope that in the future we can count on their renewed and invaluable experience," said Gabriel Salvia, chairman of the organization.
Due to the resignations presented by Horacio Reyser and Marcelo Loprete, two members of the Academic Council (Sybil Rhodes and Bernabé García Hamilton) and one of the Consultative Council (Tristán Rodríguez Loredo were invited to join the Board of Directors), who agreed to join as Vice President, Secretary and Pro- Treasurer, respectively.
