Professor at the Universidad del Rosario, Bogotá. PhD in International Relations from the Universidad of Brasilia and degree in Political Science at the Universidad Católica Argentina. Visiting researcher at Woodrow Wilson School in Princeton. He is the author of numerous publications in English, Portuguese and Spanish on the subjects of global governance, Latin-American studies and climate change international politics.
