Associate professor at the Department of Political Science of ITAM (México). He has a degree in Political Science from the Universidad of San Andrés and a PhD in Political Science from the Washington University in St. Louis. Has published works in the Journal of Politics, British Journal of Political Science, Comparative political studies and Legislative Quarterly, among others.
